My Story

CUSTOMIZED CREATIONS
I started my building career in the metal fabrication business where I learned to transform ideas on paper to real life projects. Through the years I worked on some amazing projects like rides for a theme park, an expansion for an aquarium, animal enclosures for another theme park, and countless other unique builds. When I started getting interested in building wooden projects I started out with projects for my house. As I got more involved I worked my way up from my first farm style table made of pine to high end live edge slab and epoxy tables. With every project some things stayed the same; my drive to improve on my mistakes, my desire to make every piece unique, my need to find my next project, and my love for building. Let me build something for you that will be unique and you will love as much as I do building it.
At 213Woodworks, we are committed to using only the highest quality woods in all of our products.
Our tables, bed frames, and other furniture are crafted from solid hardwoods such as Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Oak, and Hickory.
Our heirloom butcher blocks, charcuterie boards, and serving trays are made from local hardwoods, with some exceptions featuring exotic hardwoods like Jatoba, Sapele, or Sipo.
For plywood projects like cabinets or built-ins, Grade A-A or A-B sheets are utilized.
Our Live edge products are meticulously selected for each project, prioritizing two key characteristics: quality features such as moisture content, structural stability, and flatness, and aesthetic features such as grain pattern, size, and thickness.
