OUR BUILD PROCESS BEGINS WITH YOUR IDEAS
Similar to all great products, our process commences with an idea. Upon contacting us with your vision, we will collaborate to develop a concept based on your preferences. We will discuss your style, the desired aesthetic, and your expectations for the final product.
If you have a clear vision, we will finalize a plan and proceed with the process. Conversely, if you have a general idea but require specific details, we will refine concepts until you find the perfect solution.
Once the design is agreed upon, we will discuss wood options, colors, accessories, and other relevant details. We will guide you through the decision-making process by offering options until you find the style that is right for you.
Once you are fully satisfied with the proposed design, we will proceed with the Purchase Order.
Regardless of your location, we offer nationwide shipping services for all projects.
PURCHASE ORDER
Our Purchase Order is a standardized document that outlines the specifications of the project we intend to undertake. It encompasses detailed information such as product descriptions, pricing, delivery dates, and associated costs. Upon receipt of the signed Purchase Order, we will commence the construction phase of the project.
The Build
Starting the construction phase, the subsequent days will be dedicated to procuring the necessary materials for the project. Upon the successful arrival and readiness of all materials, the construction process will commence.
The duration of the construction process will vary depending on the project’s complexity and the anticipated timeline. Regular updates and progress reports will be provided to keep you informed of the construction’s progress.
Upon the completion of the construction, the project will undergo sanding, finishing, and quality assurance checks. Once all aspects are meticulously executed, we will contact you to arrange for the delivery of the completed product.
Delivery
Delivery is contingent upon geographical location. All projects will be delivered to local clients at no additional cost. However, if your project requires installation, that cost will be included in the purchase order.
If you reside outside the local area and have ordered a project that can be shipped, such as a table, we will arrange for delivery and provide you with an estimated time of arrival. All shipped projects will also have shipping costs included in the purchase order.
Shipped items will be packaged securely to ensure their safe delivery.
